• Data & Survey Executive
• Field & Constituency Coordinator
• Political Consultancy Intern
COMPENSATION
• Internship stipend: ₹6,000 per month
• Employee roles: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depending on role, qualifications and eligibility)
• Work-from-home roles: ₹15,000 per month (subject to applicable role terms)
• Accommodation, food and travel support for eligible field assignments
SELECTION PROCESS
1. Viva / Personal Interview
2. Role-based Practical Assessment
Selected candidates will receive their applicable role and employment or internship terms in writing before joining.
