If you spend hours scrolling Instagram, know every trending audio before it hits the mainstream, and constantly think "we can make a Reel out of this" this might be your job.

At ProLearn, we’re looking for In-House Social Media & Content Creators (Full-Time/Interns) to literally take the keys to our Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.

We want high-agency creators who can turn our team, our office culture, and internet trends into content people actually want to watch.

What You’ll Actually Do:

Create & Edit: Script, shoot, and edit high-performing Reels, short-form videos, and memes.

Be on Camera: Host videos, capture behind-the-scenes chaos, shoot team content, and bring our brand to life.

Own the Channels: Run our Instagram and LinkedIn end-to-end (ideation → shooting → editing → posting → analyse what worked & what didn't → iteration).

Spot Trends: Translate what’s blowing up across internet culture into native content before the trend dies.

Who You Are:

You’re chronically online and instinctively know why one Reel hits 2M views while another dies at 4,000.

You’re comfortable on camera & skilled with editing Reels.

You follow brand pages like Swiggy, Duolingo or Zomato and analyze what makes their content work.

You care more about showing proof than writing a corporate resume: you have content, edits, or accounts you’ve managed to show off.
