Social Media Content Creator Intern
I'm hiring a Social Media / Content Creator intern.
You'll sit with me and the PotionLabs team in Kolkata. Watch what we actually do that week. Write the script. Record with me. Edit it. Post it.
Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. My accounts and the company accounts.
If you have never run a real account, this is not for you.
I need at least 5 videos with 100,000+ views each. If you cannot link them, don't apply.
DM me your CV, a short note on why you want this, the account you ran, and the five links.

Interview advice
Going for the Marketing role at JD Jones? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
