Going for the Operations role at Hobnob Coworks? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
