Honestly, I'm not sure.

When I joined CDA Academy, I didn't have a leadership title.
I wasn't managing teams, responsible for academics, learning systems, faculty development, learner outcomes, operations, or performance.

I was simply trying to do my job well and learn a little more than I knew the day before.

What happened after that surprised me.
More responsibility ,challenges and opportunities arrived.

It is exciting and also uncomfortable.
Most of them taught me something.

Today, one thing I've learned is that careers rarely change because of a perfect plan.
They change because someone gives you an opportunity and you decide to make the most of it.

Which brings me to why I'm posting this.

We're expanding our team and looking for people who are ready to build something meaningful.
