🔍 Key Responsibilities:
* Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
* Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
* Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, and headings
* Build and manage quality backlinks
* Monitor website rankings, traffic, and SEO performance
* Work with content and development teams to improve website visibility
* Stay updated with the latest Google SEO trends and algorithm updates
Basic knowledge of SEO concepts and tools
* Knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush is a plus
* Good analytical and communication skills

- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
