Salesforce Developer
🇮🇳 What does independence mean to you?
For me, independence is more than the freedom we celebrate today.
It is also the freedom to learn, earn, choose, and build a life of your own.
India has come a long way in 79 years.
But I believe our next big milestone is making sure that every young person has the opportunity to become financially independent.
That thought is at the heart of our Mission 2047 — to help build a Silicon Valley in every hometown and contribute towards creating 2,00,000 jobs by 2047.
We know it’s a big dream.
But every big dream starts with small opportunities.

Interview advice
Going for this role at Softshala? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each — then tie every answer back to them.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
