Sales Professional – Metal Powders & Advanced Manufacturing Systems

WE’RE HIRING | POWDER & SYSTEMS SALES | HYDERABAD
We are expanding its commercial team and is looking for a full-time Sales Professional – Metal Powders & Advanced Manufacturing Systems to join us at our new Hyderabad facility.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable combining technical B2B sales, customer visits, field development and application-driven selling across India's growing Additive Manufacturing, Powder Metallurgy, MIM, Defence, Aerospace, Medical and R&D sectors.
The selected candidate will drive sales and business development for:
• Metal powders for LPBF / DMLS / SLM & MIM
• Spherical & gas-atomized metal powders
• Crushed / angular powders
• Nano powders & specialty powders
• Ultrasonic & inert powder sieving systems
• V-Cone blending systems
• Plasma spheroidisation / plasma processing systems
• Glove boxes & controlled-atmosphere powder handling solutions
• Powder processing, classification and associated systems
📍 Work Model – Hyderabad
This is a full-time, performance-driven role.
Preferred working structure:
Option 1: 6-day office-based working week with customer visits as required
OR
Option 2:
3 days – Hyderabad office
3 days – Customer visits, field sales, business development & tours
The position will involve regular travel across India for customer meetings, demonstrations, exhibitions and business development.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
depending on experience and technical/sales capability
Variable Incentive:
1–2% sales commission on eligible sales achieved beyond the defined target
This creates significant earning potential for a strong performer capable of developing large industrial and institutional accounts.
