Going for the Sales role at Paytm Payments? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
