About the Role

IndusInd Bank is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join its Merchant Acquiring Business team as Sales Officers.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new merchants through POS Terminals and Sound Box solutions.
- Drive business growth through merchant sourcing and onboarding.
- Generate lending business across:
- Secured Loans
- Unsecured Loans
- Business Loans
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Housing Loans
- Credit Cards
- Other Banking Products
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants.
- Ensure month-on-month growth in transaction volumes on POS terminals.
- Collaborate closely with Branch Banking teams to achieve business objectives.
- Cross-sell banking and digital payment solutions to existing merchant customers.

Eligibility Criteria

- Regular Graduate (any discipline).
- 0–5 years of experience in Sales, Banking, Fintech, or Financial Services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Field sales experience preferred.
- Passion for business development and customer relationship management.
