At OkayGo (a BetterPlace company), you'll work alongside our Business Development team, learn how enterprise sales works, engage with prospective clients and gain hands-on exposure to outbound sales strategies used to win business across multiple industries.
📍 Location: Vatika Towers, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon
🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office
⏰ Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
What you'll be doing:
• Cold calling and prospect outreach
• Cold email campaigns and follow-ups
• LinkedIn outreach and social selling
• Market research and lead generation
• Supporting client meetings
• Tracking outreach performance and sales metrics
We're looking for someone who is:
✅ MBA graduate (Sales/Marketing preferred)
✅ An excellent communicator
✅ Comfortable with cold outreach and resilient to rejection
✅ Curious, coachable, and eager to learn
💰 Stipend: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month
☀️ Outstanding performers will have the opportunity to convert into a full-time role.

Interview advice
Going for the Sales role at OkayGo? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
