Sales Hire
We're #hiring our first sales hire at TestRelic AI. Freshers welcome.
TestRelic gives AI coding agents a shared memory. Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot and Codex plug into MCP, and your team stops rediscovering the same test failures over and over.
Now we need someone to go sell it.
Here's what actually matters to us:
→ You enjoy talking to people, and you can hold your own in a conversation with a founder or an engineering lead
→ You're curious enough about AI to learn the product properly and demo it yourself
→ You write clearly and briefly
→ You can hear "no" a lot and pick up the phone again
What you'll be doing from week one: researching accounts, running outreach, sitting in on customer calls, and owning conversations end to end.
Real customers, not a spreadsheet of busywork. You'll be using AI tools daily to do all of it.
What you get: a front-row seat while an early product finds its market, and someone who'll teach you the craft instead of handing you a script.
Interested? DM me, or comment apply. Tell me about one time you changed someone's mind about something.

Interview advice
Going for the Sales role at TestRelic AI? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
