QR Deployment: Generate, deploy, and activate Paytm QR codes for digital payments.
Product Demos: Educate business owners on Paytm's diverse ecosystem of products and services.
Relationship Management: Build strong merchant relationships and resolve their queries on the spot.
📋 Candidate Eligibility & Preferences:
Demographic: Male candidates preferred, age group 18–40 years.
Assets: Must own a two-wheeler (for daily field visits) and an Android smartphone.
Mandatory Documentation: Valid government ID proofs (including address and PAN details), educational mark sheets/certificates, and a bank passbook or cancelled cheque.

Going for the Sales role at Paytm? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
