🚀 WE ARE HIRING – SALES ENGINEER (FIELD SALES)

📍 Location: Surat, Gujarat

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer to join our team for Field Sales of Electrical Panels, Industrial Automation Solutions, and related Electrical Products.

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience & Interview Performance)

🎓 Eligibility:
• B.E. Electrical Engineering
• B.E. Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma/B.E. in any related engineering field with good knowledge of electrical systems and industrial products.

👨‍💼 Experience:
• 0–2 Years in Sales, Business Development, Technical Sales, or Field Sales
• Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Electrical Panels, Cable Trays, Industrial Automation, VFDs, and related products.
• Conduct regular field visits to industries, contractors, consultants, builders, and manufacturing units.
• Generate enquiries and follow up with prospective customers.
• Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the internal team.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and production teams for project execution.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business development objectives.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare daily visit reports and sales activity updates.

🔹 Required Skills:
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of Electrical Panels, Switchgear, Motors, VFDs, PLCs, and Industrial Automation.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
