Sales Development Representative
We’re hiring at Leadle.
But let me explain the role before I give you the job description.
You’ll be working on outbound for early-stage B2B companies across different markets.
Cold emails. LinkedIn. Calls. Follow-ups. The full motion.
You’ll spend a lot of time figuring out things like:
Why did this CTO reply?
Why did this founder ignore the message?
Why did one version book a meeting while another got no response?
It’s not a shiny role.
But if you’re early in your career, it’s one of the best ways to understand how B2B sales actually works.
You’ll learn how buyers think, how conversations start, how positioning matters, and what really moves pipeline.
This role is for someone who is curious, sharp, and willing to do the work.
Someone who doesn’t just say “this campaign didn’t work,” but asks why it didn’t work and what can be changed next.
We’re a small team, so there’s nowhere to hide.
You’ll get feedback quickly.
You’ll learn quickly.
And if you’re good, people will notice quickly.
- Experience: 0–1 years
- Location: Chennai
- B2B / SaaS background is a plus, but not required.
Send your resume to [contact shared on WhatsApp] or DM Divya Sridharan if you’d like to know more.

Interview advice
Going for the Sales role at Leadle? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
