Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad (Work From Office)
Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
💼 What You'll Do
Connect with prospective international customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
Schedule product demonstrations for the Business Development team.
Maintain CRM records and collaborate with the Sales & Marketing teams.
Achieve outreach and lead generation targets.

Going for the Sales role at Design'N'Buy? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
