Key Responsibilities: ✔ Coordinate customer requirements and vendor quotations ✔ Prepare commercial comparisons and margin analysis ✔ Manage purchase orders and delivery coordination ✔ Track project milestones and ensure timely invoicing ✔ Collaborate with Sales, Technical, Finance, and Procurement teams ✔ Build and manage strong vendor relationships
Requirements: • Experience in Sales Coordination, Business Operations, Procurement, or Inside Sales (preferably in the IT industry) • Strong communication and coordination skills • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and documentation • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Immediate joiners will be preferred.
