We are looking for a sales consultant for property sales at 360 realtors
Salary 22k - 30k per month ( depends upon experience )
Freshers can apply too, but a 2 wheeler is mandatory for this job role.
Job Profile
1. Lead generation ( Cold calling )
2. Face to face meeting with client
3. Assisting clients on site visits
4. Closing deals.
Immediate starter preferred
Location: Pune East ( Working area - Kharadi, hadapsar, dhanori , wagholi )

Going for the Sales role at 360 Realtors? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
