We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join our growing team in RTA Operations. Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills are also encouraged to apply.
🎓 Qualification:
• Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Management, or related fields
✨ Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Handling end-to-end Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) operations
✔️ Processing investor transactions including Purchase, Redemption, SIP/STP/SWP & Switch transactions
✔️ Verification and processing of KYC-related documentation
✔️ Managing mutual fund operational activities and client servicing
✔️ Transaction reconciliation and reporting activities
✔️ Coordination with AMCs, clients, and internal stakeholders
✔️ Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
✔️ Resolving investor/client queries within defined timelines
✔️ Preparing MIS and operational reports
🎯 Required Skills:
🔹 Good understanding of Mutual Fund/RTA Operations
🔹 Knowledge of financial services and capital market operations
🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
🔹 Proficiency in MS Excel and operational systems
⭐ Preferred Skills (Experienced Candidates):
• Experience in Mutual Fund Operations / Transfer Agency
• Understanding of SEBI and regulatory guidelines
• Exposure to reconciliation and transaction processing
• Team handling experience for managerial roles
