We are looking for Freshers and Experienced Candidates for the position of Risk & Compliance Specialist I supporting the Identity Verification team.

📍 Job Location: Hyderabad
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
📄 Contract Duration: 6 Months
🔄 Extension: Contract may be extended based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Verify and authenticate identity and work authorization documents.
Review government-issued documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Identify document tampering, impersonation, synthetic identities, and account sharing.
Make policy-based decisions such as Approve, Reject, Request Information, or Escalate.
Maintain accurate compliance records and audit trails.
Handle high-volume verification queues while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Who Can Apply?
✅ Freshers are welcome!
✅ Candidates with experience in KYC, Identity Verification, IDV, Document Verification, Fraud Operations, Risk Operations, Compliance, Trust & Safety, or Background Verification are preferred.
✅ Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
✅ Good written and verbal communication skills.
✅ Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
