We’re looking for enthusiastic B.Com / MBA graduates to join our Revenue Assurance team at Delhivery as Interns for a 6-month internship.
📌 Role: Revenue Assurance Intern – Billing & Collections
⏳ Duration: 6 Months
🎓 Eligibility: B.Com / MBA – Freshers
📍 Location: Gurgaon
🔹 What will you work on?
As part of the Revenue Assurance team, you will get hands-on exposure to Billing and Collections processes, including:
Support day-to-day billing activities and ensure accurate and timely invoicing
Assist with reconciliation of billing data and identify discrepancies
Track and follow up on collections and outstanding receivables
Analyze customer accounts, billing records, and payment data
Identify billing gaps, revenue leakages, and process inefficiencies
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and collection-related issues
Prepare reports and MIS to track billing and collection performance
Support process improvement and automation initiatives within Revenue Assurance
