🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Open market se Home Loan aur LAP (Loan Against Property) ke liye naye customers aur business source karna.
• Customers se milna, unki financial needs ko samajhna aur unhe sahi loan product suggest karna.
• Loan files login karne ke liye zaroori KYC aur financial documents collect aur verify karna.
• Lead generation ke liye local market mein events aur promotional activities organize karna.
• Sanction aur disbursement teams ke saath coordinate karke loan process ko smooth aur fast banana.
• Customers ke saath acche aur lambe samay ke relations maintain karna.
💼 Requirements & Skills:
• Apni khud ki Two-Wheeler aur valid Driving License hona anivarya hai (Field work ke liye).
• Sells, negotiation aur acchi communication skills.
• Local market aur competition ki acchi samajh.
• Sells targets ko poora karne ka junoon aur positive attitude.
