Position: Relationship Officer – 811
📍 Locations: Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali, Kharar, Zirakpur ,Baddi & Ludhiana.
💰 CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA
🎓 Qualification: Graduation (Any Stream)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Acquire Savings and Current Account customers through open market sourcing and field activities.
✅ Generate business through canopy activities, references, cold calling, and lead generation campaigns.
✅ Drive customer acquisition for Digital 811 products and services.
✅ Cross-sell banking products such as Insurance, Mutual Funds, SIPs, and Fixed Deposits.
✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
✅ Achieve sales and business targets within the assigned territory.
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Graduate in any discipline.
✔ Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience can apply.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
✔ Comfortable with field sales activities.
✔ Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
✔ Maximum age: 27 years.
