💰 Compensation & Benefits:
CTC: Up to ₹3.3 Lakhs per annum

💼 Core Responsibilities:
Primary Sourcing: Conduct open-market field activities (canopy setups, cold calling, local tie-ups) to open Kotak 811 Zero-Balance Savings Accounts.
Cross-Selling: Maximize your incentive payouts by cross-selling high-value financial products to new customers, including:
Credit Cards
Personal Loans
Insurance (Life & General Insurance)
🎓 Requirements:
Prior experience in field sales (CASA, loans, insurance, or telecom sales is a huge plus).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Must own a smartphone and a two-wheeler for field travel.
