We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Intern to join our Compliance team and contribute to our regulatory research, compliance monitoring, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.

🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Conduct regulatory research and track updates relevant to PayGlocal’s operations.
- Support compliance monitoring of RBI regulations, Payment Aggregator guidelines, and other applicable regulatory frameworks for cross-border payments.
- Assist in reviewing internal policies, procedures, and standard operating documentation.
- Maintain compliance records, prepare periodic reports, and support internal compliance audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to compliance reviews, process improvements, and internal training initiatives.

🎓 Who We’re Looking For:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law, Finance, Business, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prepare and maintain accurate documentation.
- An interest in regulatory compliance, financial services, fintech, and payment regulations.
