🔥 Key Responsibilities
✔ Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
✔ Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
✔ Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
✔ Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
✔ Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
✔ Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
✔ Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
✔ Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
✔ Generate recruitment reports and hiring updates.
✔ Ensure timely closure of positions and achievement of hiring targets.
🎓 Eligibility
✅ Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
✅ 0–2 Years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, HR, or BPO Hiring
✅ Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply

Interview advice
Going for the HR role at Mentor-X? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Be ready to talk through how you would handle a real people situation, and to show why discretion and clear communication matter in the role.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
