We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Recruiter to help us identify and hire top talent across technical and non-technical roles.

📍 Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu
💼 Experience: 1–4 Years
💰 Package: ₹3–4 LPA
🏢 Work Mode: On-site

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Source and screen candidates through various channels
✅ Coordinate and schedule interviews
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
✅ Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records
✅ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
✅ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

Requirements:
✔️ 1–4 years of recruitment experience in IT and Non-IT.
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Experience in hiring for technical and non-technical roles is preferred
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
