What You'll Do:
✅ Perform Manual Testing of Web & Mobile Applications
✅ Create and Execute Test Cases
✅ Report and Track Bugs
✅ Validate UI/UX Functionality
✅ Conduct Regression & Smoke Testing
✅ Collaborate with Developers and Product Teams
✅ Participate in Requirement Analysis
Skills We're Looking For:
✔ Basic understanding of Software Testing
✔ Knowledge of SDLC & STLC
✔ Familiarity with Bug Tracking Tools
✔ Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
✔ Attention to Detail
✔ Good Communication Skills

Interview advice

Going for the QA / Tester role at Optimize360.tech? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:

Be ready to write a few test cases on the spot and to explain what you would automate versus what you would test by hand, and why.
Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
