💼 **Position:** Quality Engineer
🎓 **Qualification:** B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
💰 **CTC:** Up to ₹5 LPA
🎂 **Age Criteria:** Up to 35 Years
### Key Responsibilities
✅ Ensure concrete production as per approved mix designs (M7.5, M25, M30, etc.)
✅ Monitor cube casting, testing, and compressive strength results
✅ Control quality, wastage, rejection, and rework
✅ Maintain quality standards in accordance with IS Codes
✅ Handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and implement corrective actions
✅ Coordinate with production and site teams to ensure consistent quality
### Preferred Candidate Profile
* B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
* Experience in QA/QC, RMC, Concrete, Batching Plant, or Construction projects preferred
* Good knowledge of concrete testing, mix design, and quality standards
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
