We are looking for an experienced Quality Auditor to lead on-ground QA operations and ensure strong quality, hygiene and SOP compliance in a Fast paced DH & MH Environment

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of Quality Associates 20-30 Members.
• Drive SOP Adherence
• Conduct quality audits across DHs & MH
• Track Customer Complaints, ensure on time CAPA closure for the audits.
• Collaborate closely with Operations teams & improvise all the metrics.
🔹 Requirements:
• Prior team handling experience is an additional benefit
• Strong understanding of warehouse/DH/MH quality processes
• Good communication & problem-solving skills
