Quality Assurance Engineer & Monitoring Intern
We're hiring our first QA & Monitoring Intern at CallKaro.AI.
Here's the honest reason the role exists.
When a customer triggers a campaign on CallKaro, calls go out at scale. If something quietly breaks, a service times out, a bad build ships, a queue backs up — the customer finds out before we do. We want that to stop being possible.
So we are hiring someone whose entire job is to know first.
What you'll actually do:
→ Watch our application health every single day(services, APIs, queues, dashboards)
→ Verify that calls triggered by our customers actually connect, complete, and log correctly
→ Test every new deploy and catch errors before a customer does
→ Pull server-side logs, trace the failure, reproduce it
→ File clean, reproducible bug reports the dev team can act on immediately
What you should already have:
→ Real comfort in the terminal — bash, ssh, grep, tail, curl, journalctl are everyday tools for you, not things you'd need to Google
→ Hands-on with testing tools (Postman, JMeter, Selenium, Playwright — any of them)
→ Enough DevOps sense to get into a server and read what it's telling you
→ The instinct to dig instead of reporting "it's not working"
The details:
→ Internship, 6 months, with a full-time offer for whoever earns it
→ Hybrid (Remote + Gurgaon Office sometimes)
→ ₹15,000/month + ₹5,000 performance bonus
→ Start: immediate
→ Shift: Morning shift (from 8:00 am)
This is not a write-test-cases-in-a-spreadsheet role. You'll be the person who knows the health of the entire product before anyone else in the company does — including me.
If that sounds boring, skip it. If it sounds like ownership, apply.

Note:
Graduates with prior experience are always preferred than a college going student.

Interview advice
Going for this role at CallKaro.AI? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each — then tie every answer back to them.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
