We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team and ensure high standards in our online tutoring sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Review recorded or live tutoring sessions to evaluate teaching quality, communication, and student engagement.
Ensure tutors follow the prescribed curriculum and company policies.
Provide feedback to tutors and prepare audit reports highlighting improvement areas.
Track session quality metrics, tutor ratings, and student feedback.
Identify training needs and support improvements in tutor performance and student experience.
Requirements:

✔ Interest in the EdTech / online learning space
