Enewcleus is looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team and help drive quality, compliance, and performance improvement.
📍 Location: Indore

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct quality audits of calls and ensure adherence to company standards
Conduct internal & external calibration sessions
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents
Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements
Support training and development initiatives
Manage and evaluate WBR & MBR processes
Ensure compliance with company and client requirements
Track quality metrics and contribute to process improvements
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst
Experience in quality auditing and feedback delivery
Strong communication and analytical skills
Hands-on experience with call calibration and WBR/MBR reporting
Ability to collaborate with Training & Operations teams
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
