🔹 Python Developer (2–4 Years Experience)
➔Strong proficiency in Python with experience in backend frameworks like Django or Flask.
➔Solid understanding of frontend tech (HTML, CSS, JS), databases, RESTful APIs, and version control.
🔹 Junior AI Engineer (Fresher / Entry Level)
➔Curious mind with a passion for LLMs, prompt engineering, and building with AI APIs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models).
➔Basic to intermediate Python — enough to write scripts, call APIs, and handle JSON responses.

Going for the Software Engineer role at AQM Technologies? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Revise core data structures and be ready to explain the logic in your best project line by line — interviewers care more about how you reason than which language you used.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
