Founding Mindworks Counselling Services, I promised myself we’d build something that didn’t just talk about wellbeing but actually operated like it believed in it. No burnout-as-culture. No “we’re like a family” while treating people like a headcount.

So when I say we’re looking for a Psychology Intern and an Admin/Client Coordinator, I’m not looking for people who’ll just fill a role. I’m looking for people who want to learn in a space that’s chill, warm, and genuinely invested in their growth.

If you’re the Psychology Intern we’re looking for, you’ll work closely with our mental health team, get real hands-on exposure to day-to-day clinical functioning, and be in an environment built for observation and learning — not just task completion. We’re asking for at least a year’s commitment, based in Pune, because real learning takes time, and we want to invest in you properly.

If you’re our Admin/Client Coordinator, you’ll be the calm, organised voice that makes sure every person reaching out to us for support feels handled with care from the very first message. Inquiries, scheduling, admin — the unglamorous work that actually keeps a mental health practice running well. Flexible hours, 11 AM–9 PM, six days a week, with a stipend.

What I actually want, more than a specific degree or years of experience, is someone responsible, warm, organised, responsive — and someone who’s genuinely interested in mental health, not just adjacent to it.
