Product Marketing Intern
We're hiring a Product Marketing Intern at The Economic Times - someone who's ready to learn what makes a reader stop scrolling and start reading!
📍 Noida, Film City | Internship, On-site
You'll work at the intersection of content, audience insight and growth - helping shape how we talk to readers across finance, AI learning products and Markets.
What you'll own:
1. Support lead-generation campaigns across multiple product categories and projects
2. Apply audience segmentation to tailor messaging - new users, lapsed users, high-intent vs. cold leads
3. Bring fresh, creative angles instead of recycling the obvious hook
4. Write and test copy across formats - WhatsApp, push notifications, email
5. Work closely with content, design and growth teams to turn strategy into copy that converts
If you're curious, a sharp writer, and excited to create real audience impact - we'd like to hear from you.

Interview advice
Going for the Marketing role at The Economic Times? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
