• Work closely with the Product & Leadership teams on early-stage product discovery
• Understand how travellers plan, search, and book—and what makes a great experience
• Turn your learnings into sharp insights and presentations that influence real business decisions

• Strong ownership and the ability to work independently
• Clear communication skills—you’ll present your findings to senior leadership
