Are you passionate about designing premium home décor products for global markets?
Transparent Overseas is looking for a creative Product Designer with experience in Glass, Home Décor, Hardgoods, Tabletop, or Lifestyle Products. If you've worked with a reputed home décor brand such as Stalwart or similar export-oriented organizations, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for someone who can:
✨ Design innovative and market-driven home décor collections
✨ Work on glass, hardgoods, and lifestyle products
✨ Understand global design trends and buyer preferences
✨ Develop concepts from sketch to production
✨ Collaborate with merchandising and production teams to bring ideas to life
If you have experience with leading brands like Stalwart or other established home décor manufacturers/exporters, your profile will be highly preferred.

Going for the Design role at Transparent Overseas? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
