Product Design Intern

LinkedIn, do what you do best, and please help me find an exceptional UI/UX designer. ๐Ÿ™

We're hiring a Product Design Intern at Becoming Quotient.

We're a pre-launch B2B startup building infrastructure for how organisations grow their people. The product is being designed and built right now, and design sits at the centre of how it takes shape. If you join, your work goes straight into the product.

The role:
Full-time internship, hybrid, Mumbai HQ. Immediate start. Strong interns convert to full-time.

You'll turn product intent and wireframes into real, usable screens. You'll work inside our design system, hand off cleanly to engineering, and work directly with the founders and product team.

What we're looking for
- Figma fluency: components, auto-layout, working inside a design system
- Real product UI in your portfolio (not just branding or posters)
- Speed and the ability to iterate without ego
- Accessibility discipline (AAA contrast, staying inside the rules)
- 0 to 2 years of experience

Prior exposure to HR-tech or B2B products is a plus, not a bar.

One thing that's intentional:
We design with AI in the loop. We use Claude and modern AI design tooling as a core part of our workflow. If you already work this way, great. If you're quick to pick things up, that works too.

Compensation:
Paid. Competitive, and better than market if you're good.

How we hire:
Shortlisted candidates get a small design exercise, same brief for everyone. We pick the strongest fit and move fast.

Send your portfolio and a short note to [contact shared on WhatsApp] and tell us about one screen you're proud of and why.

Please tag someone who should see this, or share if it's useful. ๐Ÿ™Œ
