🔹 Role Overview:
As a Process Trainee Consultant, you will be responsible for handling insurance claims processing, customer interactions, and ensuring smooth claim fulfilment through investigation, review, adjustment, remittance, or denial processes.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Process insurance claims and handle customer calls as per process guidelines
✅ Understand and follow professional standards, policies, and procedures
✅ Meet productivity, quality, and auditing benchmarks
✅ Coordinate effectively with peers and supervisors
✅ Adhere to attendance, punctuality, and SLA expectations
✅ Gain knowledge and skills across related process areas
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
🎓 Education: 10+2, Diploma (10+3), Graduates & Postgraduates eligible
🧑💼 Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply)
🎯 Age Limit: Up to 26 Years
🌙 Must be flexible to work in the US night shifts & rotational shifts
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
