Your Role and Responsibilities: As a Process Associate Recruitment, youareresponsibleforworkingwithpartnersandprovidingend-to-endrecruitmentsupport. Youwillworkcloselywiththeclient, IBMsoperationmanagement, andstaff. Youwilldefine, develop, plan, andimplementsourcingstrategiestoprovideaqualifiedtalentpool.
Yourprimaryresponsibilitiesinclude:
Takepartialownershipofthesourcinglifecycle, ensuringprocessadherence to Service Level Agreements(SLA)
Implementnewsourcingmethods, assesscandidatesuitability, andestablishrigorousscreeningcriteriatoidentifytoptalentinthepool
Collaboratewithbusinessleaderstosetgoalsfor the Global Delivery Centeronaweekly, quarterly, andyearlybasis
Utilize ATStoperformcandidatescreeningandupdatethestatus of Candidateson the ATStoolregularly

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Preferrededucation
Master's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
Graduate with 0-1 yearofexperienceinsourcingandrecruitment(preferably in ITES/BPO/FAdomains)
Demonstratedabilitytoestablishrapportandcollaborate with Hiring Managersthroughouttheentireprocess, fromopenrequisitiontosourcing, debriefing, andofferstages
Proficientinutilizingsocialmediachannelsandothercreativesourcingmethods
Provenexperienceinpartnermanagement, adeptatnavigatingchallengingdiscussions. Developexpertiseindeepdomainknowledge, andbusinessstrategy, anddriveinnovation
