Responsibilities
• Reviewandvalidateinsuranceclaiminformationforaccuracyandcompleteness.
- Processclaimsinaccordancewithcompanyguidelines, underwritingrules, andregulatoryrequirements.
- Communicatewithclientstogathermissingdetailsorclarificationsrequiredforclaimadjudication.
- Identifyandflagerrors, discrepancies, orincompletedocumentationforcorrectionorescalation.
- Maintainaccurateandup-to-daterecordsofclaimsandrelateddocumentation.
- Supportteammembersinresolvingbasicclaimissues, escalatingcomplexcasestoseniorstaffasneeded.
- Consistentlyadheretopolicies, compliancestandards, andturnaroundtimelinestoensurequalityprocessing.
