We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Air Import team and support pricing and quotation activities for international shipments.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Prepare accurate and competitive air import quotations
🔹 Obtain and negotiate rates from airlines, overseas agents, and freight partners
🔹 Maintain rate sheets and pricing databases
🔹 Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth shipment execution
🔹 Monitor market trends and airline surcharges to maintain competitive pricing
🔹 Ensure target margins and profitability objectives are achieved
Eligibility
✔ MBA in Foreign Trade, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related field
✔ Freshers are encouraged to apply
✔ Strong analytical and communication skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office
✔ Basic understanding of Air Import and logistics concepts
Preferred Skills
✔ Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping processes
✔ Understanding of air import procedures and freight forwarding operations
✔ Good coordination and problem-solving skills
🕒 Working Hours: 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM (US Shift)
📅 Week Off: Fixed Saturday & Sunday (5 Days Working)
🚗 Pickup & Drop Facility: Available (Both Sides)
