We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Air Freight team and support pricing and quotation activities.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Prepare accurate and competitive air freight quotations
🔹 Obtain and negotiate rates from airlines, consolidators, overseas agents, and freight partners
🔹 Maintain rate sheets, pricing databases, and quotation records
🔹 Coordinate with airlines, operations, and customer service teams
🔹 Monitor market trends and fuel surcharges to maintain competitive pricing
🔹 Update quotation data in the company software
🔹 Ensure target margins and profitability objectives are achieved
Eligibility Criteria
✔ MBA in Foreign Trade, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related field
✔ Freshers are encouraged to apply
✔ Basic understanding of Air Freight and logistics concepts
✔ Strong analytical and communication skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Skills
✔ Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping processes
✔ Understanding of airline pricing and freight forwarding operations
✔ Good negotiation and coordination skills
✔ Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
🕒 Working Hours: 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM (US Shift)
📅 Weekly Off: Fixed Saturday & Sunday (5 Days Working)
🚗 Pickup & Drop Facility: Available (Both Sides)
