Pre-Sales Executive (Female)
Role: Handling inbound/outbound calls, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits.
Field Sales Executive (Male)
Role: Meeting clients on-site, showcasing properties, and closing deals.
Eligibility & Requirements
Experience: Freshers are most welcome! (Experience is a plus, but passion matters more).
Education: Any Degree graduates can apply.
Language: Must be fluent in Tamil (mandatory for client communication).
Job Details & Work Timings
Office Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai
Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Tuesday (Standard working weekend, mid-week off)

Going for the Sales role at Leading Real Estate Company? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
