What students actually lack is real, unfiltered information and actionable clarity.

That realization is why we built DISHA—a career guidance initiative by FACS

DISHA isn’t about packing auditoriums just for vanity metrics or filling rooms for the sake of it. Our entire philosophy is simple: if someone sits through our session, they should walk out with a genuinely changed perspective, a sharper opinion, and a clearer roadmap for their future.
