Key Responsibilities
Dispenseprescriptionandover-the-counter(OTC)medicinesaccurately.
Reviewprescriptionsfordosage, interactions, andappropriateness.
Counselcustomersonmedicationusage, dosage, storage, andsideeffects.
Maintainpharmacyinventoryandensureadequatestocklevels.
Monitormedicineexpirydatesandremoveexpiredproducts.
Handlebilling, cashtransactions, andpharmacyrecords.
Ensureproperstorageandhandlingofmedicines.
Coordinatewithdoctors, distributors, andhealthcareprofessionalswhenrequired.
Maintaincompliancewithpharmacyregulationsandcompanypolicies.
Assistcustomerswithhealth-relatedqueriesandproductrecommendations.
Qualifications
D. Pharm or B. Pharmfromarecognizedinstitution.
Validregistrationwith the State Pharmacy Council.
Basiccomputerknowledgeandfamiliaritywithpharmacybillingsoftware.
Skills Required
Knowledgeofpharmaceuticalproductsanddruginteractions.
Strongcommunicationandcustomerserviceskills.
Attentiontodetailandaccuracy.
Inventoryandstockmanagementskills.
Abilitytoworkinshiftsandhandlecustomerquerieseffectively.
Experience
Freshersandexperiencedpharmacistsarewelcometoapply.
Priorexperienceinretailpharmacywillbeanaddedadvantage.
