4. Prepare quotations and maintain accurate sales records.
5. Update customer data using MS Excel and other tools.
6. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and dispatch.

✅ Required Skills
Good communication skills in English.
Strong computer knowledge, especially MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage.
