What you’ll work on:
• Meta & Google Ads campaign management
• Performance tracking & optimisation
• ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC & conversion analysis
• Campaign reporting & data analysis
• Audience & competitor research
• E-commerce & marketplace advertising
What we’re looking for:
• Freshers / 0–1 year experience
• Strong interest in performance & digital marketing
• Analytical mindset and comfort with numbers
• Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Eagerness to learn and take ownership
This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how brands are scaled through performance marketing, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.
