✨ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:
✨ Build and execute customer lifecycle & retention journeys
✨ Reactivate dormant users through Email & WhatsApp automation
✨ Create multichannel campaigns across Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp, In-App & Web Push
✨ Develop customer segmentation and personalization strategies
✨ Perform A/B testing to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions
✨ Monitor retention, reactivation, repeat purchase ratio & Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
✨ Analyze campaign performance and present revenue impact insights
✨ Collaborate with the Growth, Product, and Content teams

🎯 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
✅ 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
✅ Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and retention marketing
✅ Data-driven mindset with a focus on business growth
✅ Proven ability to improve customer engagement, retention, and sales
✅ Strong analytical, communication, and persuasion skills
✅ Ability to consistently achieve business and sales targets
